Partner medical schools

The School of Medicine has partnerships with six medical schools across the UK. Students on the Medicine BSc (Hons) A100 programme will progress to one of these schools upon graduating from St Andrews to undertake their final three years of training and graduate with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB/MBBS).

Students will be allocated depending on their chosen course pathway, location preference and academic performance in first semester of second year at St Andrews.

Prior to entry to the course at St Andrews, prospective students should consider the different medical school options available for their final years of study.
