Bookings close at 2pm the day before events are due to run.

Join Professor Tom Brown, Vice-Principal (Research, Collections and Innovation); Professor Gareth Miles, Assistant Vice-Principal (Dean of Science); Professor Catherine O’Leary, Assistant Vice-Principal (Dean of Arts and Divinity); and Gillian Ogg from HR for an informal discussion and Q&A about the Academic Promotions process.
The closing date for applications is midnight on Monday 16 February 2026.
Open to all Academic staff (Education and Research Focused, Education Focused) interested in applying for promotion to Grades 7, 8 or 9; and Academic Staff (Research Focused) interested in applying for promotion to Grades 6, 7, 8 or 9.

Briefing sessions are scheduled for:-
- Wednesday 21 January 2026 at 10.30 am (this is an in person session and will be held within Lower College Hall)
- Wednesday 28 January 2026 at 12.30 pm (this is an online session via Teams)*
