This course aims to provide managers with an understanding of their health and safety responsibilities.
Aims and objectives
- Understand health and safety legal requirements for employers and managers
- Be aware of University Health and Safety management system: who is responsible for what, and how does it work in practice?
- Practical suggestions for effective engagement with health and safety, knowing where to get help, signposting further training.
