Resilience is the vital skill that empowers you to thrive and adapt to challenges and maintain a sense of purpose and well-being. Developing resilience helps you stay grounded, focused, and optimistic. Through practical strategies and mindset shifts, you can cultivate the confidence and emotional agility needed to not just survive but to grow stronger with every experience.
Aims and objectives
By the end of this course, you will have:
Flexibility in the face of change: discover how psychological and emotional flexibility build resilience. Learn that resilience isn’t about being stoic – it's about adapting in a way that’s personal and supportive to you.
Acceptance and commitment to change: understand common barriers and natural resistance to change. Explore your personal response and learn strategies to support yourself through transitions.
Practical tools for change: gain hands-on techniques to manage stress. Learn how to shift unhelpful thinking patterns and practice self-compassion to stay grounded and access your strengths.
