The School of Modern Languages is delighted that the five subjects taught in the School of Modern Languages that are listed in the Complete University Guide are all in the top 3 in the UK.

The University of St Andrews is now ranked 4th in the UK, and the School of Modern Languages rankings are as follows:

• French: 2 (up 1)
• German: 1 (up 2)
• Italian: 2 (new entry)
• Spanish: 3 (up 1)
• Russian: 3 (up 1)
