Winter graduation 2021: taught postgraduate prizes

24 November 2021

In the run-up to graduation, the School of Management is sharing stories from the recipients of the School's taught postgraduate (Masters) prizes, which are traditionally awarded at the Winter graduation. This third story in the series is a reflection written by Bono Berisa, winner of the PGT Achievement Prize 2021.

Hello, my name is Bono, and I will be graduating with an MSc in Banking and Finance. The time spent in St Andrews was indescribably stimulating, starting from learning from the most influential professors and talking about contemporary topics in the financial industry to getting to know other students and cultures.

However, studying at St Andrews passed all too quickly, so after submitting my dissertation I have spent my time writing two articles with an academic from my home country, Croatia, that should be published next year. Also, during this time I have been looking for jobs in the field of regulation and supervision of banks. I hope to have the opportunity to work in that field in 2022.
