Summer graduation 2020
The School of Management congratulates all summer 2020 graduates, with a very special greeting to this week's new Management alumni!
The University of St Andrews is holding virtual degree conferrals this year, and visiting a small number of students for Doorstep Saints celebrations. One such 'Doorstop Saint' is Morgan Brooke-Johnson, who will have her MA (Hons) Management conferred on Friday 31 July. Morgan will also receive the Principal's Medal, which is awarded to students who display exceptional endeavour and achievement during their time at St Andrews. There are only three medal recipients among this summer's graduates.
The School is proud of Morgan's success, and will welcome her back for postgraduate studies in September. When asked to comment on her time at the School, Morgan said:
Being part of the School of Management has been such an inclusive and rewarding experience. The School not only focuses on academic excellence but the students and particularly the staff go above and beyond to create a family-like atmosphere, and I feel privileged to have spent the last four years here. I look forward to embarking on my postgraduate education at St Andrews and I couldn't imagine taking on this journey anywhere but the School of Management.
Congratulations to Morgan and all her fellow graduates!
A particular note of congratulations is made to Dr Edie Johari, on conferral of the degree of PhD for his thesis entitled 'Bank Payout Policy: Evidence from Three Regulatory Changes'.
The School celebrates the success of Management students on Facebook and Twitter #UstASoM2020.
