'C21 Literature: Then and Now' event
C21 Literature is the official journal of the British Association for Contemporary Literary Studies (BACLS) and has been publishing innovative work since its inception in 2012. Join us on the 30th of September at 5pm for a free online celebration of the Open Access republication of the first three volumes.
When the journal moved to the Open Access publisher Open Library for Humanities (OLH) in 2015, its back issues remained with its former publisher, Gylphi. This year, with the generous support of BACLS and the School of English at the University of St Andrews, C21 Literature has reacquired its back catalogue. To mark this, three contributors from the early volumes will discuss their articles with three contributors from the most recent volumes. Through discussions that run the range of topics, we consider what has changed over the last 14 years in contemporary literary studies.
