School of Divinity holds its UK ranking

The Complete University Guide 2023 sees the School of Divinity maintain its position as the best in Scotland, and fifth in the UK. In other news, St Andrews is now the top university in the UK, moving ahead of Oxford and Cambridge, in the Guardian University Guide 2023.

Head of the School of Divinity, Prof Oliver Crisp, applauded this achievement, “St Andrews is a remarkable place, and these rankings recognise the work being done here is world class. We may have an ancient tradition, but we are also forward-looking, producing cutting edge research and teaching."
