Visa support letters

If you would like to request an invitation letter to support your visa application, please follow these steps:

1. Register for the conference.
2. Ensure full payment has been received.
3. Email your request to us at bschoolevents@st-andrews.ac.uk including:
   • first name
   • last name
   • date of birth
   • nationality.

Cancellation policy

• Registrations cancelled before Tuesday, 30 September 2025 will receive a full refund.
• No refunds can be processed after this date.
