The Scottish Credit Accumulation and Transfer (SCOTCAT) system allows credits gained in Scotland to be transferred between institutions. Module description

This module equips students with essential research skills for postgraduate study in Divinity. It covers key aspects of the research process, such as formulating research topics and questions, conducting literature reviews, and applying research methodologies. Emphasis is placed on integrating theological and biblical reflection, alongside addressing ethical considerations. Students will explore various approaches to the Bible and theology in interdisciplinary research, deepening their understanding of how scholarly inquiry shapes their use of biblical and theological concepts. Learning is supported through online lectures, discussions, and feedback.
