Module description
Innovation is essential for driving change and ensuring organisational competitiveness and renewal. However, it remains misunderstood or misapplied. This module explores the multifaceted theory and practice of strategically managing innovation within contemporary organisations. It provides students with a solid foundation to engage with the complexities and contradictions of innovation, helping them apply these insights to both professional and personal contexts. Through real-world case studies and practical exercises, students will apply innovation frameworks to contemporary challenges, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of innovation management.
