Research areas
I work in Metaphysics and Logic. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in Prof Cotnoir's EPSRC funded project Instruments of Unity: the Many Ways of Being One. I am currently focusing on the metaphysics and logic of the relation of ontological dependence, on the distinction between qualitative and non-qualitative properties, and on rigid embodiments and their relations to conceptual and qualitative spaces. To date, I have written about (1) the connection between the Identity of Indiscernibles and Haecceitism, (2) the identity conditions of non-well-founded sets, (3) the possibility of singular reference to non-individuals, and (1) explanatory identity criteria for individuals and properties.
