Course information

Outlook for Windows is a powerful tool that can help us to organise and manage our email traffic with minimal effort, however many of us only use a fraction of the time saving functions it offers.  This course will show you some of the ways in which Outlook can help you to become more efficient with your work flows through managing your emails effectively. The skills demonstrated will be set in the context of strategies for managing and organising email accounts, including techniques for prioritising mail, setting up Quick Steps to speed up manual processing,  rules for automated processing, using calendaring and more.

Attendance is required for an in-person practical class in a PC training room.
