Magnus Alexander was noted as a Scottish officer in Danish-Norwegian service by Riis, who lists the lieutenant and captain seperately but concludes that they could be the same person. He was billeted at Jacob Hamborg's in Malmø during November-December 1624. He was probably the same as the Colonel of the same name who served in 1657.
