Welcome Class of 2026!

On Monday 8 September we held our Orientation Welcome Event for the new students studying in the Graduate School for Interdisciplinary Studies. With our ever-growing cohort this was moved to the larger and spectacular surroundings of Parliament Hall!

This year we again have six interdisciplinary Masters programmes running from Energy Policy and Finance, Gender Studies, Global Social and Political Thought, Global Sustainable Development, Health Data Science and, Museum and Heritage Studies.

As ever, St Andrews was at its best, with blues skies and sunshine, and the east coast delicacy of Fisher and Donaldson doughnuts were on offer (after all, it wouldn't be a University event without them, right?). We were also delighted to be joined by some of the Programme Directors, as well as colleagues from the Careers Centre (Amy Kinsman), the Library (Hilda McNae), and IELLI (Dr Paula Villegas).
