ACCOMMODATION BURSARIES 2012-13
"Average rent prices in St Andrews are among the highest in the UK, and students can often struggle to make ends meet.”
Students are able to apply for financial support for their University accommodation fees through a means-tested bursary system. All students, including international and EU students, are eligible to apply.
For Undergraduates there are 100 awards available with an additional 10 awards funded by Russell Trust, for students from the “local area” (Fife and the surrounding areas). The £1,000 bursary will be credited directly to your accommodation fees. If you are a resident of Albany Park or Old Fife Park you are ineligible for assistance from this Fund.
