How to request repairs and maintenance
Much of the service we provide depends on us reacting to your requests. Please tell us if something is wrong.
Urgent and emergency requests
Urgent requests should only be for work that cannot wait until the next day. Emergency situations are situations which may threaten personal safety or the integrity of building fabric, building services, equipment or grounds. Urgent and emergency requests should be made by telephone.
From 08.00 until 17.00 Monday to Friday dial our switchboard on 01334 463999.
Outwith normal hours and at weekends, dial 3985 from an internal extension or 01334 476161 from an external line.
Routine work requests: Work Requisition Form
Requests for attention to breakdown, repairs or maintenance should be directed to your Building Reporting Officer, Residence Manager or Residence Assistant Manager.
