Text source
Alexander Nicholson was a Scot who became a burgess of Stockholm during the first half of the seventeenth century.
On 30 July 1628 he served as guarantor, along with Thomas Moodie, when Thomas Horn made his oath as burgess, implying that Alexander was already an established member of the Stockholm burgess community.
On 13 January 1629 the Stockholm city council references Alexander Nijkillson's farm, at Brunkeberg in Stockholm. He is noted as a Scotsman and a burgess of the town.
