Mr William Peadge wrote to Andrew Russell [SSNE 143] from Konigsberg on 23 June 1687. He sent his letter by Mr Thomas Harvie [SSNE 7145], whom he described as an honest young man. Peadge believed that the meeting would be beneficial to both men. He also asked for some enclosures to be forwarded to Scotland and that the places where "my child is to be found". He hoped that his letters would bring his son to Konigsberg
