Text source

James Wallace from Banff in Scotland served as a merchant burgess of Bergen from 4 December 1727. On his death, his brother Walker, who lived and worked in Ireland, inherited his goods along with his sisters Margaretha (born 1690), Janice and Jessebel. Margaretha and Janice lived in London and Jesebel lived in Scotland, so the siblings had quite a geographic spread.
