Donat Fife was the third person in Sweden to bear that name. He was the son of Donat jr.[SSNE 4691] and his wife Maria Insen, and the grandson of Donat Fife [SSNE 782]. He lived from 1682-1729. Donat 3 became ennobled under the name of Adlerstolp in 1727. He served as a gentleman of the house of nobility in Stockholm. His brother Lt. Colonel Christoffer [SSNE 4930] was ennobled as Ehrensparre.
