Isabella Kinnemund was possibly the daughter of William Kinnemond [SSNE 2842] and was born in Scotland. She married the Scottish officer John Urquhart [SSNE 3718]. After long service in Germany, the family moved to Birsen, Livonia in 1655 where John was commandant. They had two children: Isabella [SSNE 716] and Thomas [SSNE 3721]. 

 

NB There is confusion as to her parentage as the entry in Elgenstierna for the Kinnemond family makes no mention of her and states that William Kinnemond lived and worked in Scotland only. The entry for John Urquhart (below) calls her the sister of Thomas [SSNE 2832] and Robert [SSNE 2838] which would make her the daughter of another William Kinnemond.
