Hugh Kelly was listed as serving 6 years in king James' guard, 2 of which as faendrik. He was captured, and along with his brother and 20 others entered Danish service as a grenadier for 7 years. He was then a sergeant for 6 years. In 1701 he became a lieutenant in the land militia, and a lieutenant captain in 1708. He was also captain and chief of a company in 1708. He departed in 1718J.C.W.
