Firstly, select your attendance category: Non Residential Full Rate Delegate, Non Residential Reduced Rate Delegate, Residential Full Rate Delegate, Residential Reduced Rate Delegate.

An explanation of each category will appear alongside, your selection here determines which items are available to you in the following steps. Secondly, register your personal details.

Whisky Tasting

Guided evening of tasting Highland and Island malt whiskies. 6th July.




Evening of Scottish country dancing to Albany Band. Includes light meal of Haggis and Stovies. Separate cash bar. 7th July.



Conference Dinner

A formal sit-down three-course dinner comprising Scottish ingredients and recipes. Includes drinks reception, wine with meal and coffee with mints.  8th July.



* The Conference Fee contributes to the costs of administering the conference, such as funding the invited speakers, employing a conference secretary and organizing the various events.
