DataView can read Molecular Devices (Axon Instruments) pClamp files (abf) in either gap-free or episodic (sweep-triggered) format. In the latter, the episodes are concatenated one after another with intervening gaps closed. The start of each episode is marked by an event in channel a, and the event label shows the start time of that episode as recorded in the abf file.
DataView can read ABF data files up to and including version 10 format.
