Jürgen is a PhD student at the School of International Relations. He holds a degree in Economics from Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg and a degree in Political Science from the University of Münster, both Germany. From 2010 to 2014 Jürgen was working for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). During this time he has been an Advisor for Financial Systems Development in Iraq and a Policy Advisor in Peace and Security to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
