The Scottish Credit Accumulation and Transfer (SCOTCAT) system allows credits gained in Scotland to be transferred between institutions. The number of credits associated with a module gives an indication of the amount of learning effort required by the learner. European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credits are half the value of SCOTCAT credits.

Module description

This module will build upon the skills gained in PR4001. As in PR4001, emphasis will be placed on free composition in Persian and translation into Persian. Students will give oral presentations in Persian, and a variety of materials representing different facets of Persian speaking culture will be used to broaden students' knowledge of the language.
