Module description

This module examines how organizational change might be managed. Various models for bringing about planned change are analysed and their strengths and weaknesses highlighted. Diagnosing change, enacting structural, process, individual and cultural change, as well as change leadership and communication will be addressed. Case studies enable the links between theory and practice to be made and for change models to be integrated with each other.  Cases will focus on change purpose or vision, structural and cultural change. Students have the opportunity to interact with change practitioners throughout the module.
