Aim

This course provides an overview of the role of a mediator and the core theories and principles behind effective conflict mediation.

Course Requirements

This course is designed for applicants who have a good level of English. If English is not your first language and you are uncertain what this means, please refer to the global CEFR scale. We would look for applicants to be at B2 level. This self-evaluation PDF may help you understand if you are at the B2 level.
