Complaint

The complaints procedure enables you to tell the University if you are dissatisfied with the quality and standard of any service that it provides.

The official rules are given in the Complaints procedure - a guide for students (PDF, 354 KB). The complaints process does not cover situations where you wish to appeal against a particular academic decision: in particular, a complaint cannot lead to a mark being changed. See also: appeal.
