Module results reporting

Each School, or where appropriate, department should have an official designated member of staff who will be responsible for signing module results. This should be the Head of School, Director of Teaching, or an authorised Examinations Officer.

Reporting deadlines

Information about reporting deadlines can be found in the University's Key Deadlines & Dates document at:

Reporting tool (MMS)

To report module results following the University examination diets in May, January and August; and to conclude deferred or undecided results Schools must use MMS.

The MMS reporting tools can also be used outwith standard results reporting periods for Distance Learning and other non-standard modules. Please notify the Academic Data Team at or on extension number 4100 prior to using the reporting tools for non-standard results so that we can ensure the appropriate functionality is available in MMS.
