University ID Card Scheme/ Love Later Live Pre-retirement

University ID card scheme

Retired staff are offered the option to maintain a University ID card, which is initially valid for 6 years.  After this time, the ID card can be renewed at 6 year intervals.  As a University ID card holder you are entitled to maintain access to:

  • your University email account,
  • University Library, and
  • many of the University buildings that require ID card access. 

To apply for the scheme, please complete both of the following forms, submitting to Human Resources once completed:

- Retired staff ID card request (Word, 36 KB)
