Strategic Planning
The University strategic plan for 2018-2023 provides a definitive framework for the many strategic and operational decisions that will occur at various levels across the University and identifies the fundamental strategic aims for St Andrews over the next few years.
The strategy is the product of a long and broad process of discussion and debate amongst academic and professional staff across the institution.
The 2018-2023 plan was approved by University Court in 2018 and supplants the previous 2015-2025 strategic plan. For reference purposes, staff may still access the 2015-2025 plan and the 2008 plan and its supporting strategies.
