Journal transfers

This may be used for transferring funds between your own departmental accounts. There are also occasions when funds need to be transferred from one department to another - typically when one department has provided a service to another (eg work done by Estates and Buildings).

The journal posting sheet may be downloaded for completion. To ensure the totals compute, select 'options' from the 'tools' menu, click on the 'print' tab and 'tick' the 'update fields' box.
