Men's Section

Introduction

Since its inception in 2006, the Men’s Lacrosse Team has been very successful on both the Scottish and UK-wide stage. In 2014-15, the team won the Scottish Conference for the fifth year in a row and came second in the Scottish Premiership.

Teams & Competitions

The club plays a variety of competitions at every playing level of Lacrosse so everyone will get an opportunity to play during the season. For the 2015-16 season, the club will be competing for a chance to win the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Scottish League 1A again, as well as the newly established Scottish Premier League.

Introduction

The Women’s Lacrosse Club is an enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working team, that loves the fast pace nature of the game. The club welcomes players of all skill and experience levels; both the beginner and the seasoned international player.

Teams & Competitions

The Women's Lacrosse Club runs in two competitions; two teams competing in the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) championships on Wednesday’s replacing training, and we are now participating in Lacrosse Scotland’s women leagues with fixtures taking place at weekends. 

Community Engagement

Most Tuesday evenings during term time the club sends student volunteers to St Leonard’s School here in St Andrews to help out with refereeing some games. The club has built up a great relationship with the school and occasionally play friendly matches against them.
