Judo is a combat sport originating from Japan, specifically focusing on a series of throws, hold-downs, strangles and arm locks as a means of subduing one’s opponent. The Judo Club welcomes anyone, from complete beginners to seasoned experts and all those in between. Whether you train for fun, for competition, or just want to come along and meet a new set of people, judo is a fantastically fun sport to do.
