Heal Physiotherapy Limited was established in 2004 in Dundee and opened a new clinic within the Sports Centre in September 2017. At Heal we have vast experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of a wide spectrum of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems.
Students competing at the top level within our performance programmes benefit from subsidised physiotherapy and sports massage as part of a comprehensive package of support services.

Physiotherapy clients may present with a wide variety of injuries, ranging from sore backs and necks, to muscle strains and ligament sprains. Injuries may acute or chronic in nature. We cater for all ages, and all levels of activity, not just those participating in sport.
Physiotherapy clients will receive a full assessment and a treatment plan to achieve their individual goal. We have access to the excellent facilities at the University of St Andrews, which includes access to the gym facilities, if required.
For those in the University Performance Programmes, our physiotherapists link with the Strength & Conditioning team to tailor the rehabilitation process when needed. We also provide the Directors and Head Coaches with updates related to return to training and return to play status.

Sports Massage is deep tissue manipulation of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. If you suffer with any of the following, Sports Massage will benefit you:
- Poor Circulation
- Muscular Tension
- Bad Posture
- Tired or aching muscles
- Soft tissue injuries
- Poor flexibility
Deep Tissue Massage manipulates tight muscles, releases toxins and lactic acid which can cause pain. It can be fantastic for flexibility, range of movement, Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMs), anxiety and depression, improving muscle tone and relieving pain.
Sports Massage will also improve performance, prevent injury, promote relaxation and general well-being.
