Our community and staff sport programme provides opportunities for everyone in the St Andrews community to get involved and be active. The informal drop-in sessions are designed so that anyone of any age or ability can turn up on the day to take part, with a number of different types of sporting opportunities available throughout the week. Please note that a gym membership is not necessary to take part in our staff and community activities.
Saints Sport runs 6-a-side and Sunday league football throughout the year and Super 8s cricket in the summer
Saints Sport offers Senior Saints Activity Mornings for over active older adults that can be taken at any pace
Walking Football takes place every Tuesday 11:00-12:00 and is a great way to keep fit and enjoy playing football whilst making new friends
A fun group cardio workout open to everyone and aimed at all playing levels that will get you moving and hitting plenty of tennis balls
