Saints Sport is delighted to confirm that Heal Physiotherapy Limited are continuing to offer their Physiotherapy and Massage services at the Sports Centre.
Heal offers a team of experienced professionals with the specialist knowledge and expertise to enable you to look after yourself and if you are a sports person to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
From the early diagnosis and treatment of acute injury through to the investigation of chronic and recurrent problems, Heal has the structure to examine, investigate, refer directly to hospital consultants, treat and rehabilitate pain and injury.
Whether you sit at a desk, are retired or serious about your sport, we will not only treat the pain or injury but assess any underlying factors to help prevent the problem recurring.

Physiotherapy is the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of injury and disease. Heal aim to alleviate pain and restore movement and function. Whether you twist your ankle, have wear and tear in your knee, hurt your back or are injured in the gym or on the pitch, our physiotherapists are trained to help.
Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries Physiotherapy sessions (30 minutes):

We are pleased to offer Saint Sports Fitness Plus members a reduced rate of:
- £38 for an initial assessment
- £35 for follow up appointments
Regardless of whether you exercise to keep fit or compete at club or international level, massage can offer a variety of benefits (even for those who prefer not to exercise) such as:
- Promoting healing and speeding recovery following injury or the effects of training
- Reducing injury potential
- Improving conditioning and performance
