NEW Adult Group Lessons - Summer Term
Our adult group coaching programme will be resuming for the Summer term on Monday 29 April, with three new courses each running for 6 weeks. We will be offering beginner or intermediate lessons for groups of up to eight people. If you are unsure of the level to choose or if you would like to know more about the courses, please contact Director of Tennis, Mike Aitken.

Individual Tennis Lessons
The St Andrews Tennis Programme offers individual tennis lessons throughout the year to students, staff and the community. Open to both members and non-members, lessons can be booked for 30 minute or 60 minute periods.

Junior Saints Tennis
Our Junior Saints Tennis Programme runs a comprehensive schedule of children’s coaching throughout the year incorporating Tots Tennis for pre-school children aged 4-5 years old, P1 Mini Tennis Red, P2-P3 Mini Tennis Red, P4-P5 Mini Tennis Orange/Green and P6-P7 Green/Yellow Ball. Our highly experienced coaches follow the LTA coaching pathway to delver a robust programme of group sessions to children of various ages and abilities. Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity open to everyone and aimed at all playing levels, designed for people looking for a new way to burn calories and interact with others. As an alternative to the gym, this cardio workout will get you moving around the court and although it is not a coaching session, players will naturally develop their games by hitting plenty of tennis balls over the course of the 1 hour session.
