As a member of the University, researchers have a subscription to the full Office 365 suite of productivity applications, including free installation on your personal devices.
Description
A subscription to Microsoft services which staff can access through portal.office.com. The subscription offers the following:
- Outlook
- OneDrive
- Forms
- Sway
- Teams
- Stream
- Planner
- OneNote
- Online versions of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
The subscription also includes 1TB of shared file storage, 50GB of mailbox storage, 5 free copies of Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for personal devices

Contact the IT Service Desk for help with the software.

Service cost
Free, however there extra costs for other software such as Visio, Project etc

Cost incurred with premium features and additional licenses, such as Visio, Project, Power BI, Flow and PowerApps.
