Nevitt Sandford award 2017

Professor Stephen Reicher from the School of Psychology & Neuroscience who has been awarded the Nevitt Sanford award by the International Society for Political Psychology. This marks only the third time in the history of the organisation that a UK academic has received this prestigious award, which recognises excellence in people and is given to those deemed “to be engaged in the practical application of political psychological principles, or creating knowledge that is accessible and used by practitioners to make a positive difference in the way politics is carried out”.
