The Publications team within Print and Design is responsible for editing, proofreading, publishing and promoting the University through effective communication with key audiences using a range of printed and electronic material in an effective and professional way. We are also responsible for maintaining an image bank of current photographs of the University.

These publications are of interest to a wide range of people: staff and students, prospective staff and students, parents, alumni, friends and supporters, politicians, those in the local community, business industry, and visitors.

The new memos website is here: https://memos.wp.st-andrews.ac.uk/. Please login using your University username and password. Proofing and production
We manage the proofing processes and production timetables of key University publications, such as the undergraduate and postgraduate prospectuses, recruitment leaflets and the course catalogues, on behalf of Admissions, Registry and other central University units. Proofreading is included as part of the service.
Please note - if you are planning on producing recruitment or information material for your School/Department, please contact us as there may already be a publication planned or in print for prospective students. We also need to ensure that there is consistency in the information which is provided across the University.
If you are planning a publication which includes generic information about the University (such as key facts, league table information, statistics e.g. student numbers), please contact us to confirm that the details are up to date.
See our annual timetable for our publications production timetables page.
