Thesis - PhD or MPhil printing and binding options

Pre-Viva submission (soft bound)

 

First (pre-Viva) submission must be soft bound (not hard case bound). 

All pre-Viva theses are printed at St Katharine's West and will be Unibound,

 if no specific soft binding option is requested.

 If you specify it, your prints can be taken to 65 North Street for fabric spine binding. Example of a Fabric bound booklet standing on end

Turnaround time: Please allow at least 2 days before the submission for soft bound copies deadline not including weekends.

Final post-Viva submission (hard case bound)

For your final submission (post-Viva) you can print it yourself or get it printed at St Katharine's West on 100gsm high quality digital paper. 

It will then need to be hard case bound.2 black hard bound one with gold corners - 1-9-19

Turnaround time: Please allow at least 3 days before the submission deadline for the hard bound copies not including weekends.
