Course information

This short course will be led by an HR Officer to explain the key HR policies, particularly relating to performance, which Managers in the University need to be aware of. The course will be an interactive one, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.

  • Know the key steps and what support is available from HR
  • Be aware of the responsibilities of the Manager in relation to these policies
