Manager Essential Elearning
This page provides access to 2 Moodle courses which need to be undertaken by staff who are responsible for others in the University:
HR Policies for Managers – a University course https://moody.st-andrews.ac.uk/moodle/course/view.php?id=11336
Mentally Healthy Workplaces – an NHS course https://moody.st-andrews.ac.uk/moodle/course/view.php?id=11337
Each module is relatively short (1-2 hours) and you can work through these at your own pace. All need to be completed within the first three months of your appointment. To access them, please use your University ID to log into Moodle.
Please note that managers must also complete the courses which all new staff within the University are required to take. These are:
- GDPR
- Equality & Diversity
- Information Security Essentials
- Unconscious Bias
- Safeguarding & the Prevent Duty
- Recruitment & Selection (for staff involved in recruitment)
For more information on these courses, please go to the ‘Complete Your Essential New Staff Elearning’ web page.
