Stefan Keppler-Tasaki is Junior Professor of German Literature at Freie Universität Berlin. Since his PhD on individuality in Goethe’s novels he has been studying the reception of film in literary texts and the contribution of writers to film production, with special attention to Hollywood. He is also interested in German anglophilia and co-leads a research project on vampire fiction.
