Professor Tony Dundon

Tony Dundon is Professor of Human Resource Management and Employment Relations at the University of Manchester. Prior to this he was Professor and Head of Management at the National University of Ireland Galway. Tony has held international visiting fellowships at Sydney University, Deakin University (Melbourne) and Toulouse Business School. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences (AcSS) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and was Editor-in-Chief of the Human Resource Management Journal (2010-2016).

Research interests

Tony's research interests are in the areas of employee voice, social partnership, trade union organisation and union renewal strategies, non-union employment relations, and HRM in SMEs. He also has an interest in HRM and organisational performance and labour migration.
