Joanna Goddard leads Partnerships and Innovation at Net-Defence, a UK based security team that protects assets, data and people in an era of evolving digital threat. Part of Scottish founded 3rd generation family business Ogilvie Group, Net-Defence is an advisor to businesses, third sector organisations, high profile individuals and UK and USA law enforcement agencies.

As a change management leader with a specialism in business development, Joanna is well known for guiding teams through growth transformation projects quickly and effectively. Her career began in retail operational and project management, and progressed to business development director in the legal sector. Joanna has founded and co-founded businesses and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

She is well known for her work in diversification of professional service firms and landed estates, with the addition of a more unusual strand of clientele – stand-up comics.

Joanna volunteers to positively impact the lives of young people in Scotland. She is an ambassador for The Polar Academy and a former director of the Scottish Child Law Centre.
